The last time I blogged about the Rachel Pally Isa Dress, the dress sold out within hours. I like to think that was because all of you glowing pregnant women read my post and snatched it up for yourselves. It could also be simply because the Isa Dress is a centerpiece of the Rachel Pally Fall 2012 campaign and well, everybody wants it.
The cream-colored version of the dress, made famous as maternitywear by Kourtney Kardashian, is still sold out. But the online boutique just released the Rachel Pally Isa Dress in black and now, there should be no question about whether purchasing this dress is rational. I understand if we all don’t have Kourtney’s southern California tan and weren’t sure we wanted to be 38 weeks pregnant in an ivory dress. But black? It is a no-brainer. Personally, I love the Rachel Pally Isa Dress as a maternity dress, as a postpartum dress, and even as a Fall 2012 fashion statement piece. It fits beautifully, it’s comfortable, it covers your arms, and it’s particularly flattering to the pregnancy-induced décolletage–in black, the dress’s attributes will only get better.
Don’t take time to agonize over this purchase, you will miss out. Buy the Rachel Pally Isa Dress in black before it is completely sold out.
